Food & Nutrition

Hot meals are served cafeteria style for the three meals a day with vegetarian and gluten-free options. At lunch and dinner, there is always a great salad bar with fresh veggies and other items, as well as baked potato/pasta bar. At breakfast, in addition to the hot option, there is a cold bar with cereals, yogurt, granola, etc. At all meals fruit bowl, bread/toast, butter, soy butter/jelly are also available.

ILC can accommodate many diets — picky eaters, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, most allergies. Ask to inquire about your specific needs.
